[ When the feed starts, the look this girl is giving the screen is.. a little curious and surprised, perhaps, but there's something knowing in it as well. Perhaps that's why instead of being completely shocked, there's a small smile on the teenager's face as well when she looks at the camera. ]

[ She cuts herself off, breaking out into a chuckle as she brushes back some brown hair falling from one of her ponytails. This girl might look very familiar to most people - after all, even if she's looking older there's something familiar in those facial features, in those ponytails.. ]

Well, this was a surprise.. That much is for sure. I wouldn't think there's some secret portal in Junes leading to this place, so I suppose I was taken here randomly again, huh?

It's been so long, though.. [ She's staring around herself in wonder, studying the surroundings so intensely that she almost seems to forget for a moment that the camera is running -- she doesn't remember until she looks at the device. There's something embarassed flashing across her face for a moment, but then she shakes it off, a smaller smile this time. ]

I'm not the only one here this time, right..? [ a very, very slight giggle. ] That would be sort of awkward.

Yes, really! It's a wonderful place. [ nodnod. ] Oh, they have a song too! Do you want to hear it?

[ Hook, line, and sinker, Nanako. The kid is sold and excited enough to be bouncing on the balls of her feet if the jumping image is any indication. ]

Can I? Please? I really, really wanna hear it!

Okay, okay! Don't worry, it's a really easy song to remember!

[ This excitement reminds her a little of her own back then, so.. She smiles, closing her eyes for a moment as she sings. ]

[ She would be clapping if she wasn't holding the communicator in her hands, but she is, so she bounces that much more instead, practically jumping now. It's an honest wonder she's managing to stay in one spot as opposed to running in circles at this point. ]

Oooh, that was the best! Can I try it? Can I? Please? Pleasepleaseplease?

[ OH GOD why is this little girl so cute.. Nanako can't help but feel her smile grow a few sizes. ]

Hmm, of course you can. The Junes song belongs to everyone.. [ She puts up a finger at the camera, giving a little wink. ] It's like a charm to make anyone at all very happy!

[ Congratulations, Nanako. She just squealed in her excitement; though, she's pretty quick to rein herself back in now. She takes a big breath, nodding. ]

O-okay! I'm gonna try it! [ And there's a tiny pause during which she closes her eyes, then, and fairly in key -- ] Every day's great at your Junes!

[ Her eyes flutter open and she looks at Nanako expectantly, excitement filtering right back into her expression. ] Did I do it, right?

[ How could she even reject that expectant look - especially when the tune was just the way it's meant to be. ]

You did great! [ She chuckles. ] You're natural at this.

Really?

[ She's so happy to hear that. She looks like she might burst! ] Really really? You mean it?

Do I look like the kind of person who would tell a lie to such a sweet little girl?

[ Does this smile lie, Val. Does it. ]

So, hmm, really really.

[ No, that smile doesn't lie and this lady totally doesn't look like she'd lie either, so the little girl concedes with a delighted sort of sound. ]

I'm gonna sing it everywhere I go and -- [ and then something occurs to her ] -- oh! 'M sorry! I forgot to introduce myself. My name's Val! What's your name, lady?

Make sure to teach it to other people too, okay? I'm sure they'd like to learn it too.

[ But at that name she pauses, blinking a few times.. And it finally clicks in her head. This little girl's appearance, along with that name.. ]

... W-wait.. Valeria-san, is that you..?!

[ She nods rigorously up until the lady's second question, at which point she beams all over again. ]

That's my name! Well, it's my whole name. [ And she pauses now, her expression falling a bit to curiosity. ] Did Luki tell you? Or was it Dante? [ Because she knows she didn't use her full name when she introduced herself just now... ]

[ For a few moments she's just.. searching for words, but can't find any, so she falls silent. To see Valeria this young without her remembering anything is strange. It takes a few deep breaths for her to calm down and realise what she has to do. ]

... Ah.. Yes, they told me. It's a pretty name.

You think so? I always thought it was boring. [ But then, most names in Corel are boring. She pauses, though, child's sensitivity picking up that something isn't quite right. ] Are you okay? You didn't tell me your name...

Hmm, I'm okay, don't worry! [ She puts up a big (and rather believable) smile on her face. ]

And my name is Nanako, Nanako Dojima.

[ And Valeria will buy it. This lady doesn't look like a liar, after all, and that smile is pretty believable. Watch her break out the big, wide smile again. ]

Okay! It's nice to meet you, Na-na-ko! [ Yes, she totally had to sound that out, but it's pretty good for a first try. ] I like your name!

Thank you! [ She giggles a little, making sure the smile is staying on her face. ]

Then we can just have nice names together, huh?
